Trip To New Orleans
Our journey to New Orleans was a truly meaningful experience. We partnered with Veterans Fishing for Fun to support the Paralyzed Veterans of America, lending a hand across five different events designed to bring joy, camaraderie, and recreation to veterans.
During our time there, we had the privilege of joining in on a wide variety of activities, including archery, air pistol, frisbee golf, bowling, and cornhole. We also shared an unforgettable day on the water, heading out on a fishing trip that was filled with laughter, stories, and new friendships.
We were honored to have veteran Keith Panaro and his wife, Jody Panero, accompany us on this trip. Their presence made the experience even more memorable, and it was a joy to share these moments with them. The entire event was uplifting, and without hesitation, we would gladly participate again if given the opportunity.
The next adventure brought us to Lake Texoma, where Veterans Fishing for Fun organized a special outing dedicated to giving veterans a day of relaxation and enjoyment on the water. We spent the day fishing for catfish and stripers, and the excitement of reeling in big catches brought plenty of smiles.
To top off the trip, we gathered together for a big fish fry, celebrating the day’s success with great food and even greater company. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, stories, and camaraderie—reminding us once again why these events mean so much to the veterans we serve and to us as well.
